Piermont Properties was founded in 1999 to acquire, re-develop and/or develop properties in the New York tri-state metropolitan area and other select geographic areas with strong market dynamics. Piermont seeks to add value through its expertise in the operational, management, financial/capital structure, leasing, renovation and construction facets of the real estate business.
In addition to pursuing the acquisition of under-performing or opportunistic properties, Piermont acquires well-located properties with strong cash flow, creating superior returns by optimizing capital structure, smart leasing and efficient management. Piermont also develops from the ground up taking projects from acquisition through all stages of planning, site plan/building approvals, construction, lease up and stabilization. Property types include: Office/Medical Office buildings, Retail properties, Residential properties, HotelsI, Industrial/flex/R&D facilities, Suburban Downtown or “Main Street” mixed use properties.
